WARRANTY, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
7 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
If the item you received has defects or damage caused by factory defects and not human error, we will assist you in replacing the item. We must received the item within 7 days so we have enough time to check and raise this to the supplier. We will also assist just in case the item have issues after 7 days. However, the warranty will still depend on the approval of the seller, supplier or the establishment where the item was purchased.
ITEMS PURCHASED ON OTHER ECOMMERCE SITES
We will support warranty concerns if you order on this website. Other ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc which we have shops are not part of the coverage. If you purchase on these sites, we will follow the policy stated on these platforms.
Warranty will be voided under the following circumstances. For grocery items, if item was opened and used. For gadgets, if item was damaged, warranty sticker removed, or item has no factory defects during diagnosis and investigation.
CHECKING FOR WARRANTY
Each product has different warranty coverage and we cannot confirm each one of them due to the amount of products we upload on a daily basis, If you want to know more about the product warranty coverage, we suggest that you contact us first before you order and we will check this for you.
Return and Refund Policy
NO CHANGE OF MIND
Consumer cannot return the product and demand for a return if they only change their mind due to wrong color, wrong size or did not read the important information stated in the description.
IS MY ITEM QUALIFIED FOR RETURN?
If the item you received has damage or defects within 7 days. We will ask for proof or pictures to be submitted via messenger. For grocery items, we will accept returns if it is not within change or mind or have not been opened. For gadgets, we will follow the warranty period but we will scrutinize thoroughly the return item or forward this to the supplier prior to approval.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If the return item you requested passes our return policy or got approved, we will pick this up at the original delivery address and process the refund to you.
HOW DO I REFUND AN ITEM?
Once we got the item, we will process the refund online via BPI / GCASH through your chosen local bank account.
